We are excited to have you as part of our online learning community. This guide will help you log in to our website, access your classes, join your group, and start learning.

There are two ways to log in:

  • Method 1: Continue With Google
  • Method 2: Email Address and Password

We recommend trying Method 1 first because it is usually the easiest way to access your account.

Method 1: Log In Using “Continue With Google”

This method allows you to log in using the Google account you used when registering.

Step-by-step instructions:

  1. Go to https://theschoolofmaths.co/login.
  2. Leave the Email address and Password boxes blank.
  3. Click the button that says Continue With Google.
  4. Select the same email address you used when registering.
  5. Google may ask you to allow Kajabi to access your basic account information.
  6. Agree to the permission request.
  7. You should now be logged in.

After logging in, you should see your account area on the website.

Method 2: Log In Using Email Address and Password

Use this method if you want to log in with your email address and password, or if Continue With Google does not work.

Steps:

  1. Contact the administrator and ask for a password reset email.
  2. Open the password reset email sent to your registered email address.
  3. Follow the instructions in the email to create or reset your password.
  4. Go back to https://theschoolofmaths.co/login.
  5. Enter your registered email address.
  6. Enter the password you created.
  7. Click Login or Sign In.
  8. You should now be logged in.

Please make sure you use the same email address that was used during registration.

Check the “My Classes” Page

After logging in, go to the My Classes page.

As a parent, you should see the parents group titled:

School of Mathematics - Parents Group

This is the group where important parent announcements, updates, and communication will be shared.

If you do not see School of Mathematics - Parents Group under My Classes, please contact the administrator for assistance.

Open the Parents Group

Once you see School of Mathematics - Parents Group, click on it to open the group.

Inside the parents group, you may find:

  • Important announcements
  • Payment updates
  • Learner progress information
  • Website updates
  • Class reminders
  • Communication from The School of Mathematics
  • Instructions for parents

Parents are encouraged to check this group regularly.

What Parents Must Do After Logging In

After logging in, parents should:

  1. Confirm that School of Mathematics - Parents Group appears under My Classes.
  2. Open the parents group and read the latest announcements.
  3. Make sure the learner can also log in successfully.
  4. Make sure the learner can access the correct class or subject.
  5. Save the learner’s login details safely.
  6. Monitor whether the learner is completing lessons, quizzes, and tests.
  7. Make sure monthly payments are completed on time.
  8. Contact the administrator when assistance is needed.

Your role is important in helping the learner stay consistent and accountable.

What the Learner Should See Under Their Account

When the learner logs in, the learner should see the subject or subjects registered for.

The learner may also see the group connected to the class, for example:

Quizzes and Tests

Quizzes and tests are used to monitor the learner’s understanding and progress.

The learner must:

  1. Log in to the website.
  2. Go to My Classes.
  3. Open the correct class.
  4. Click on the quiz or test.
  5. Read the instructions carefully.
  6. Complete the questions.
  7. Submit the quiz or test.

Parents are encouraged to check that quizzes and tests are completed on time.

What to Do If You Cannot Log In

If you cannot log in, check the following:

  1. Make sure you are using the same email address used during registration.
  2. Try Continue With Google first.
  3. If that does not work, ask the administrator for a password reset email.
  4. Make sure you selected the correct Google account.

Payments are made through our website using PayFast.

When you register and make payment, you are setting up an automated monthly subscription. This means that the monthly payment will be deducted automatically until you decide to cancel the subscription.

Parents no longer need to send proof of payment after every payment, because the payment process is now automated through the website.

This means:

  • Payment is made through PayFast
  • The monthly subscription renews automatically
  • Payment is deducted automatically every month
  • Access continues as long as the subscription remains active
  • There is no need to send proof of payment after paying
  • Parents only need to contact the administrator if there is a payment issue or if they want to cancel the subscription

Please make sure that the payment method linked to your subscription has enough funds available each month to avoid interruptions to the learner’s access.

If you would like to cancel the subscription, please contact the administrator for assistance.

Communication

Important updates will be shared through the website and official communication channels.

Parents are advised to use the School of Mathematics - Parents Group on the website to communicate with us. This group is the preferred communication channel for parent-related questions, announcements, updates, and support.

Parents may also contact us by email when they need assistance.

Please avoid using WhatsApp as the main communication channel. WhatsApp receives a lot of messages, which can make it difficult for us to see important messages and reply on time. To make communication more organised, professional, and easier to track, parent communication should take place through the website parent group or email.
